Habitat for Humanity has built in excess of 225,000 homes around the world. The local habitat branch, Trinity Habitat for Humanity, serves Tarrant, Parker, Johnson and Wise Counties, building on the belief that everyone deserves a decent place to live at a price they can afford. Using donations of money and materials, volunteers work hand in hand with the families they serve to build quality homes. If you are interested in more information or want to volunteer with Trinity Habitat, check out their website http://trinityhabitat.org

The New World Intercessory Prayer Team prays for the needs and concerns of those who have asked for prayer. A Prayer Web is also available for urgent requests. If you are interested in being part of this vital ministry, contact Virginia Lackey, h.lackey@sbcglobal.net
New World Stitchers meet the first and third Thursday of the month from 9:00-11:30 am in the education wing and use this time to create prayer quilts for those in the congregation who are experiencing difficult times. They sew, tie, and prepare the quilts for delivery by one of our pastors. You are invited to join this fun group and participate in this caring ministry. Lunch usually follows. Contact Joan Miller, 817-275-8271, or Janice Farris, 817-275-1809, if you have questions.
